Bio

I am a polymath: artist, lawyer, executive coach, and house/techno producer. I channel these into figurative expressionist paintings exploring modern life's rhythms. I split my time between London and Tokyo.

My oil canvases pulse with visceral brushstrokes — German expressionism meets Calypso and Detroit Techno. Using found objects as brushes, I embrace accident for liquidity and impasto, yielding flat, cartoon-like figures from layered grounds that echo Japanese street art and Trinidadian ingenuity.

Viewers fixate on characters, but energy emerges from crafted backgrounds, revealing depths. I probe hyper-masculinity and burnout via rare Anglo-Saxon manuscripts to techno sets, provoking emotional resonance and rhythmic escape.
